Lead Early Years Educator

As a Bank Staff Member with Bright Horizons, you will have the flexibility to work on a part-time or ad-hoc basis, allowing you to balance your work and personal life. You will be working in one of our nurseries, providing high-quality childcare and education to children aged 0-5 years.
What we're looking for:
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting
- Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
- Sound understanding of child protection and the safeguarding of children
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable

Key responsibilities:
- Support Nursery colleagues with their delivery of the EYFS, by engaging children in entertaining and educational play and activities, encouraging their development towards key milestones, and ensuring their safety throughout the day
- Work as part of a larger team, to ensure all essential day-to-day tasks are completed in line with nursery demands i.e. hygiene standards and room preparation
- Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety and safeguarding
- Work with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy and safe environment
