SADLERS WELLS is seeking a highly skilled Dance Policy Specialist to play a key role in ensuring dance remains at the forefront of the national cultural agenda. As a specialist, you will be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships, presenting data to showcase our impact, leading project coordination, and driving activations that make a real difference.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for dance policy. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, a comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme, complimentary tickets and discounts, enhanced holiday and time off in lieu policy, and additional pay for parental and family leave subject to eligibility.
