About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Surveyor to join our team at GAP Group LTD as a Senior Estates Surveyor. As a key member of our property portfolio management team, you will be responsible for assisting, managing, and running the Group's commercial property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the Group's commercial property portfolio, including facilities management and maintenance.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of property strategies to maximize returns and minimize risks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless property operations and maintenance.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants, vendors, and contractors.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Surveyor qualification (MRICS or FRICS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in commercial property management, including facilities management and maintenance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
