**Corporate Coverage Role Overview:**

Pearse Partners is seeking a Head of Corporate Coverage to lead our London-based Corporate Coverage team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, deliver exceptional results, and build strong relationships with our top-tier corporate clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the Corporate Coverage team, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our top-tier corporate clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Credit Proposal Development: Develop and present credit proposals to senior management and clients, highlighting the company's strengths and value proposition.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of experienced professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to ensure their success.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Proven experience in corporate coverage, ratings, or corporate credit environments, with a strong academic background from a reputable university.
  • CFA Advantageous but Not Essential: While CFA certification is advantageous, it is not essential for this role.
  • A Willingness to Learn: A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
  • Good Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  • Salary Estimate: £100,000 - £140,000 per annum: This is based on industry standards and market research for similar roles in London.
