Lincolnshire Nursery Seeks Experienced Deputy Manager
We are an established nursery in Lincolnshire, dedicated to delivering high-quality care and education to children. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Nursery Manager in leading the nursery team, ensuring effective day-to-day operations, and maintaining high standards of care and education. You will also be involved in managing the nursery's administrative tasks, including staffing and rota management, and overseeing staff recruitment, onboarding, and training.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Leadership or team management experience within an Early Years setting.
- A Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Childcare or Early Years.
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Estimated Salary: £29,000 - £33,500 per annum
