Award-Winning Nursery in Lincolnshire Seeks Dedicated Deputy Manager

We are an innovative and award-winning nursery in Lincolnshire, committed to providing high-quality care and education for children. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join our vibrant team.

As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the nursery, covering for the Nursery Manager in their absence and maintaining consistent standards across all age groups. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the management of the nursery team, overseeing staff recruitment, onboarding, and training, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding regulations.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Prior leadership or team management experience within an Early Years setting.
  • A Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Childcare or Early Years.
  • An understanding of nursery administration, including staffing and rota management.
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • A commitment to safeguarding, health and safety, and early childhood education standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with staff, parents, and external agencies.
