As a successful candidate, you will bring:

  • A Level 3 early years qualification or higher
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within an Early Years setting
  • Excellent EYFS knowledge and a commitment to empowering children to achieve their full potential
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and support colleagues
