Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the design and development of composite structures, including conceptual design, detailed design, and testing
  • Mentoring and guiding junior engineers to develop their skills and expertise
  • Supporting installation activities in the production environment, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design and manufacturing processes

Requirements:

  • Mechanical Engineering Degree (or related STEM degree)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
