Job Overview

About the Role

  • Lead a team of experienced professionals to deliver complex rail infrastructure projects within budget and on schedule.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish contract strategies and procure necessary contracts for project success.
  • Manage supply chain relationships, addressing early warnings, contract changes, and change control requirements.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, preparing regular reports for senior management and board meetings.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering).
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably in the rail sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Experience with GRIP, PACE, Pathway, or other project management methodologies.
