Job Summary:

PBR Executive Search Limited is seeking a highly experienced Business Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of compliance services to clients, managing a team of accountants, and preparing proposals for potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Work with a diverse portfolio of clients, including small and medium-sized businesses, partnerships, and sole traders.
  • Compliance Services: Oversee the delivery of compliance services to clients, including accounts and meeting all client compliance requirements.
  • Team Management: Review the work of team members, assist in their training and development, and manage a team of accountants.
  • Business Development: Prepare proposals for potential clients and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: ACA/ACCA qualified with previous experience in a managerial role.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Sage, Quickbooks, and Xero software.
