About the Job

As a Family Activities Supervisor at David Lloyd Clubs, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of our children's activity programme, providing an excellent experience for our members every day.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Leading a member-obsessed service and engaging with members at all times.
  2. Ensuring the safe and healthy delivery of children's activities, including core club programmes, holiday activities, and children's parties.
  3. Delivering the children's programme in line with product briefs, lesson plans, and brand standards.
  4. Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all members, ensuring the needs of children are a priority.
  5. Maximising member experience, usage, participation, and value for money through excellent service, session quality, and consistency.
  6. Recruiting, inducting, training, managing, and reviewing a high-performance team to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements

  1. A qualification in a relevant teaching, childcare, or sports coaching discipline.
  2. Experience of managing and leading a team.

  4. Inspirational leadership skills, with the ability to lead and manage a group of children with confidence and energy.
