Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to lead the delivery of our children's activity programme, ensuring a safe, healthy, and engaging experience for our members.

About the Role
  • Led a team to deliver a high-quality children's activity programme, including Core Club, Holiday Active, and parties.
  • Maintained a safe and healthy environment, adhering to the Children's Safety Guide and Health and Safety requirements.
  • Maximised member participation, value for money, and satisfaction through excellent session quality, consistency, and communication.
  • Taken ownership of resolving member queries and complaints, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Developed and managed a high-performance team, focusing on recruitment, induction, training, and performance reviews.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver the children's programme in line with Product Briefs, Lesson Plans, and Brand Standards.
  2. Ensure all services meet Children's Safety Guide requirements at all times.
  3. Lead by example, demonstrating enthusiasm, confidence, and energy when leading groups of children.
  4. Manage finances effectively, achieving revenue targets for Holiday Active and Parties.
  5. Monitor and report on team performance against 6 Values and DL Clubs ways of operating.
Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant teaching, childcare, or sports coaching discipline (essential).
  • Experience in financial planning and management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
