We are seeking an exceptional business leader to join our team as Head of Procurement. The successful candidate will drive strategic sourcing and procurement activities across multiple sites, leveraging their expertise to deliver cost savings and improved efficiency.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned procurement professional. You will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing relationships with suppliers, and mentoring colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing procurement strategies to drive cost savings and improve efficiency
  • Managing relationships with suppliers to secure the best possible deals
  • Mentoring and guiding colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles
Requirements
  • A proven track record in procurement, with experience in strategic sourcing and negotiation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • A strong understanding of procurement principles and practices, with the ability to apply them in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including a generous pension scheme, flexible working hours, and professional development opportunities.
