Role Overview
Spire Liverpool Hospital is seeking an experienced Theatre staff / ODP to join our operating theatre team, working closely with consultants from across the UK.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of surgical procedures, or be willing to learn new techniques under expert supervision. We promote from within the Spire network, offering long-term career opportunities with advancement.
Key Responsibilities
You will support in assessing patient health and well-being across a complex caseload, assisting in delivering care to meet patients' needs. You will actively promote best practice, contribute to quality improvements, and collect data to inform justifiable assessments.
Requirements
We are looking for a Registered Nurse / Operating Department Practitioner with experience working in teams and minimal supervision. Competence across a range of skills, supported by professional and clinical knowledge acquired through state registration / practitioner qualification and additional training, is desirable.
