About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Excellence Professional to join our team at Teva in Runcorn. This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary of £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

  • Maintain adherence to Lean Management System (LMS) standards for continuous improvement.
  • Analyze data to drive root cause analyses and prioritize improvements.
  • Support the creation of Tier 1 and Tier 2 CI goals in alignment with site priorities and goals.
  • Lead Operational Excellence initiatives, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and facilitate the CI Loop meetings.
  • Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement CI opportunities.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years of relevant experience, or an associate's degree with 4 years of experience.
  • Lean Tool experience or Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
  • Experience with MS Excel and ability to input data and generate charts for analysis.
  • Foundational financial skills and business acumen.
  • Experienced in using root cause analysis methods.
