What you'll be doing:

  • As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for retaining and growing our largest employer clients by building strong business relationships.
  • You will drive long-term business growth and create tailored member engagement plans to meet the needs of our clients.
  • You will examine and understand the client's organisational structures, politics, and key drivers to create effective engagement plans.
  • You will meet with key accounts at regular intervals to identify business opportunities and gather intelligence to increase funds under management and drive long-term growth.
  • You will establish working relationships with clients and intermediaries at all levels, including Director to Director and CEO to CEO.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience and understanding of sales processes and client relationship management.
  • Ability to work effectively unsupervised and identify new business opportunities.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with multiple decision-makers.
  • Ability to analyse reports and understand statistical information.
