About the Role


As a key member of our team at Thorn Baker Group, you will be responsible for assisting trades on site by providing essential support and ensuring a safe working environment. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.


Your Key Responsibilities:



  • Assist tradespeople on site with their tasks and provide guidance where necessary;
  • Lift and move heavy/large objects around the site, adhering to health and safety protocols;
  • Evaluate the site's safety conditions and clear walkways to prevent accidents;
  • Contribute to general cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and tidy environment.

About You


To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:



  • A valid CSCS card is mandatory;
  • You must have two commercial relevant references that demonstrate your capabilities;
  • A strong 'can-do' attitude and a robust work ethic are essential;
  • It is crucial that you are physically fit and able to lift heavy/large objects safely.
