**Job Description:**

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit individual to join our team as a Site Operations Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting trades on site, lifting and shifting materials around the site, ensuring the site is safe to work in and clearing walkways, and general cleaning.

As a Site Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting tradespeople on site with their tasks and activities;
  • Lifting and moving heavy or large objects around the site;
  • Clearing walkways and ensuring the site is safe to work in;
  • General cleaning of the site.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is physically fit and able to lift heavy objects. You will be working as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the site.

**Requirements:**

  • You must have a valid CSCS card;
  • Two commercial relevant references;
  • A can-do attitude with a strong work ethic;
  • Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy/large objects.

**Benefits:**

This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including professional development opportunities, a pension scheme, and access to training programs.
