Home Support Specialist

As a Home Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable adults in their own homes. This rewarding role requires a caring and empathetic individual who can build strong relationships with clients and their families.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be reliable and flexible, and possess a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care. A competitive salary of £11.09 per hour, increasing to £11.28 on weekends, is on offer, along with 45p per mile driven between calls.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to data protection regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
