Educational Support Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced Educational Support Specialist to work with young people who are currently without a school placement. This role involves delivering 1:1 tailored lessons to bridge gaps in their education and boost engagement and attainment levels.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver bespoke tuition packages on a 1:1 basis to young people without a school placement
  2. Work closely with us to develop and implement tailored lesson plans to meet individual needs
  3. Monitor progression and provide ongoing support to ensure effective learning
What We Are Looking For
  • QTS or equivalent qualification
  • UK teaching experience
  • SEND or disengaged pupil experience
  • An enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or willingness to process a new application
Salary Details

£25-30 per hour (part-time), dependent on qualifications and experience.
