About the Role

We are seeking a caring and committed individual to join our Home Care Team as a Care and Support Worker. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers, providing support and companionship in the comfort of their own homes.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Accompanying customers to appointments, shopping, preparing meals, and helping with daily living routines
  • Providing companionship and making someone's day that little bit easier
  • Understanding the care plan in place to support our customers
  • Keeping clear and accurate records of the care and support provided at each visit
  • Ensuring our customers have eaten and are drinking enough to remain as healthy as possible
  • Working with the team around you to raise any concerns you have regarding our customers

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care. A full valid driving licence and knowledge of the local area are also essential requirements.
