Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Engage in various activities such as chatting over tea, reading, or playing board games with service users
- Develop strong relationships based on trust and respect
- Punctual and reliable attendance
- Data protection and confidentiality awareness
Training and Development Opportunities:
You will receive comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role. Our safeguarding and role-specific training programs will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality support.
Estimated Salary Range: £24,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
