The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for horticulture. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in maintaining our high standards of care.

A DBS check and two satisfactory references will be required prior to confirmation. You will also need to complete safeguarding training and any specific training related to this role. We look forward to welcoming you to our team
