Emergency Department Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nurse in Paediatric Emergency to join our team at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a Senior Nurse, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care and leading the nursing team in the Paediatric Emergency Department.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care given to patients in the Paediatric Emergency Department.
- Maintain high standards of patient care and ensure that all patients receive a high level of care and attention.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safe and effective delivery of care.
- Lead and manage the nursing team in the Paediatric Emergency Department, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new policies and procedures.
- Part 1 Registered Nurse - Child or equivalent.
- Level 3 Safeguarding.
- PILS certificate.
- Mentoring/Assessing qualification or willingness to undertake.
- APLS/EPALS.
- Post-Registration qualification in Children's Emergency Nursing or equivalent.
