Emergency Department Nurse

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Band 5 Staff Nurse to join our dynamic Adult Emergency Department team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
Main ResponsibilitiesAs a Band 5 Staff Nurse in our Adult Emergency Department, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing individualized and holistic patient care, working in conjunction with the interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary teams.
- Developing and implementing care plans, ensuring safe and effective patient care.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient departmental operations.
- Participating in departmental quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and evidence-based care.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- A degree in Nursing or equivalent experience.
- NMC registration in the UK.
- Essential criteria: Registered Nurse with a commitment to Emergency Nursing, either through experience or interest.
- Desirable criteria: Previous Emergency Department experience, experience working in an Acute Care Setting, and Immediate Life Support certification.
