We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader to join our team as a Deputy Manager - Care Home Lead.
About the Role:
In this key position, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of care and safety for residents. You will lead and motivate care teams to provide exceptional resident support, ensuring smooth operations, meeting health, safety, and safeguarding regulations.

What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a care setting.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Knowledge of CQC standards and relevant legislation.
- Confident decision-maker, especially in the manager's absence.
- Compassionate and resident-focused approach.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, 4, 5, or equivalent).
