We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead to join our team in a nursing home based near Winchester. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead looking for a new challenge.
About the Role:
- A qualified Nurse (RGN or RMN with good clinical skills) is required to lead our nursing home team.
- The successful candidate will have 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a nursing home setting.
- Elderly and dementia nursing experience is essential for this position.
