Clinical Lead Position for a Nursing Home

 

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Lead to join our esteemed nursing home based near Winchester. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with strong clinical knowledge and a passion for elderly and dementia care.

 

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals, providing exceptional care to our residents, and collaborating with the management team to achieve high standards of patient care. The role requires a qualified nurse (RGN or RMN) with at least 2 years' experience in a leadership position, as well as previous nursing home experience and strong clinical skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
  2. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement care plans
  3. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
  4. Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor quality of care
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including families and caregivers

 

Requirements:

  • Qualified Nurse (RGN or RMN with good clinical skills)
  • At least 2 years' experience in a leadership role
  • Previous Nursing Home experience
  • Elderly/Dementia Nursing experience
  • Strong Clinical Skills

 

Salary and Benefits:

This full-time role offers a competitive salary of approximately £50,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you can expect excellent benefits, including opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.

 

Interview Process:

Our interview process consists of two stages: an initial interview with the Home Manager and a formal interview with the Home Manager and Operations Manager. If you are shortlisted, we will be in touch to arrange the next stage of the process.
