Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Resources Caseworker to join our team on a fixed-term basis. As a key member of our Casework team, you will provide administrative support and ensure the efficient processing of pre-employment clearances, contracts, and other HR-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process pre-employment clearances for new starters, ensuring timely completion and communication with hiring managers.
  • Draft and issue contracts and various letters to employees.
  • Respond to HR enquiries from internal and external customers, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Raise purchase orders and process invoices for payment.
  • Maintain and update employee records on our HR system.
  • Liaise with payroll and line managers to ensure contractual changes are actioned appropriately.
  • Assist Specialist Teams with projects as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and update relevant systems and databases.
  • Prepare legal documents for signing/sealing under instruction from Legal Specialists.
  • Respond to email enquiries from conveyancing solicitors regarding management packs.
Requirements
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at all levels.
  • Ability to use own initiative and work independently.
  • Good standard of numeracy, literacy, and IT skills.
  • Desire to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
