Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG), the 7th largest financial group in the world, is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Vice President of Emerging Market FX Trading. As a key member of our global rates trading business, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and building long-term relationships with our clients.

We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of FX markets, particularly in emerging markets, and experience in trading Asian rates products. Your passion for trading and ability to work in a pressurized environment will be essential in this role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support salesforce in providing solutions for their EM Rates exposures
  • React to client enquiries ensuring proposed solutions are appropriate for the client and meet the requirements of best execution
  • Provide a competitive market making service to MUFG's EMGD client base
  • Trade and accumulate market making revenue particularly in Asian rates
  • Price accurately all new pricing requests through voice channel
  • Monitor all electronic delivery channels to ensure pricing streams are accurate
  • Provide trade ideas and alpha generation in rates products especially Asian and EM related
  • Provide market commentary and updates both internally and externally on emerging markets
  • Monitor market and credit limits for the desk
  • Conduct business in line with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Direct front office global markets experience to Asian rates products
  • Proven track record of marketing and pricing rates products especially Asian related
  • Proven ability to work in a pressurized work environment
