Assistant Centre Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and personable individual to join our team as an Assistant Centre Manager at One Avenue Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our business centres.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Centre Standards: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hospitality, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
  • On-Site Staff Management: Supervise and manage on-site staff, including Client Experience Assistants, cleaners, handymen, and contractors, to ensure effective execution of daily tasks.
  • Operational Tasks: Learn and adhere to procedures, participate in office decoration, execute client office moves, and conduct Health & Safety/Fire Safety checks.
  • Client Community Building: Foster a sense of community between One Avenue Group and our clients, address client needs and queries, and organize client events to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
  • Client Billing and Administration: Manage client billing on an ad-hoc basis.

This is a client-facing operations role, requiring you to be on-site 5 days a week and responsive to site emergencies or client requests. While prior experience in the serviced office industry is not necessary, we seek candidates with at least 5 years' operational experience in a client-facing industry. Transferable skills and a willingness to learn are highly valued.
