Job Title: Centre Director

Job Summary: We are seeking a Centre Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of client service management and be able to lead a team effectively.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Service Management:

    • Conduct regular client service reviews to ensure high service standards are upheld.
    • Address and resolve client complaints in a timely manner.

Financial Management:

  • Oversee pre-billing checks and manage billing and debt collections with clients.

Contract Management:

  • Understand and apply client contract terms and conditions.

Team Management:

  • Support the Assistant Centre Manager in fulfilling their role effectively.
  • Oversee essential HR functions for site staff.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of client service management and facilities management.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
