Centre Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Centre Director to lead our IntoUniversity centre in Kennington. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of staff, planning and delivering educational programmes, and ensuring the centre meets our targets for delivery.

The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for working with young people, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the staff team to deliver high-quality educational programmes
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with local schools and stakeholders
  • Ensuring the centre meets our targets for delivery and quality standards

Job Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree to a 2.2 or higher
  • GCSE Maths and English at grade C or higher (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 18 months full-time paid experience working in a delivery role at IntoUniversity (or equivalent)
  • Right to work in the UK
