Empowerment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and person-centered individual to join our team as a Relief Support Worker. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering and supporting people with a learning disability to transform their lives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality support to individuals with a learning disability, enabling them to maintain their tenancies, participate in their local community, and develop independent living skills.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a comprehensive support package, including direct care and support, and opportunities for individuals to achieve their personal goals and desired outcomes.
- Support individuals to enjoy a fantastic quality of life in a new-build development of 7 self-contained flats, purpose-designed to maximise independence and community connections.
- Be flexible and reliable, working shifts that suit you and meet service user needs, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins.
- Free mandatory and service-specific training, including the opportunity to complete the Care Certificate.
- Supportive management and good availability of work.
- A probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days Annual Leave, and company-paid enhanced DBS.
- The opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
