About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and person-centered individual to join our team as a Relief Support Worker. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering and supporting people with a learning disability to transform their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with a learning disability, promoting independence and community connections.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a high-quality service, ensuring the needs of service users are met.
  • Support service users to develop independent living skills, participate in their local community, and achieve their personal goals and desired outcomes.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
