About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Property Manager to join our dynamic team at Leaders Romans Group. As a Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent levels of communication to tenants and landlords, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage maintenance requirements, providing a triage service to resolve issues and communicating with landlords and contractors as necessary.
  • Update all parties on a regular basis, logging notes and ensuring compliance with company processes.
  • Make regular 'well-being' calls to landlords to ensure their needs are being met.
  • Work with the property management team to ensure all works are completed and invoiced within 21 days, and update customers on progress.
  • Ensure all mandatory compliance and legislation is in place on all properties, and follow company processes if necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Property Visit Clerks to ensure all properties have been inspected as required, and communicate with landlords and tenants in line with company policy.
  • Place calls to managed landlords and tenants two weeks prior to vacation to ensure they understand the check-out process and timeframes.
  • Deal with non-managed deposits who are part of the No Deposit Scheme.
  • Ensure the check-out process is followed, and communication is sent out within company process via the Depositary site.
  • Work with team leaders, head of centres, and branch network to understand the reason for any lost units.
  • Maintain high levels of communication with internal and external customers.
