About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our dynamic team at Leaders Romans Group. As a Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional levels of telephone and written communication to tenants and landlords throughout the tenancy.
  • Accept and understand tenants' maintenance requirements, providing a triage service to resolve issues.
  • Communicate with landlords and arrange works with dedicated contractors when necessary.
  • Update all parties on a regular basis via phone, email, or text, and log notes.
  • Make regular 'well-being' calls to landlords to ensure their needs are met.
  • Work with the property management team to ensure all works are completed and invoiced within 21 days, and update customers on progress.
  • Ensure all mandatory compliance and legislation is in place on all properties, and follow company processes if not.
  • Collaborate with Property Visit Clerks to ensure all properties are inspected as required, and landlords and tenants are communicated to in line with company policy.
  • Place calls to managed landlords and tenants two weeks prior to vacation to ensure they understand the check-out process and timeframes.
  • Deal with non-managed deposits who are part of the No Deposit Scheme.
  • Ensure the check-out process is followed, and communication is sent out within company process via the Depositary site.
  • Work with team leaders, head of centres, and branch network to understand the reason for any lost units.
  • Maintain high levels of communication with internal and external customers.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication, written, and verbal skills.
  • Professional telephone manner.
  • Organisational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Full UK driving license required.
