Mechanical Engineering Technician

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Engineering Technician to join our team at Andrecruit Group Ltd in Shropshire. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience working in a similar environment.
Key Responsibilities:The Mechanical Engineering Technician will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of manufacturing processes, working closely with the quality team to verify the effectiveness of quality control systems.
This role involves verifying that manufacturing processes are fit for purpose, developing operating instructions and troubleshooting guides, and providing training and guidance to colleagues.
The estimated salary for this position is £42,500-£47,500 per annum, depending on experience.
Requirements:
- HNC Qualified in Mechanical Engineering / Advanced Apprenticeship or equivalent work-based experience
- Experience working as a Manufacturing Engineer within product development in a similar environment
- Good understanding of APQP & PPAP
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Practical problem solver
- Ability to work individually or as a team
