About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Insights Manager to join our Partnerships team at Circana. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with one of our largest client relationships, utilizing your extensive industry knowledge to provide valuable insights and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute insight projects, analyzing and presenting findings to clients in a clear and influential manner.
  • Act as a business consultant, driving engagement and penetration of Circana's solutions across client functions through effective engagement strategies.
  • Develop and leverage strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders, working closely with other Circana functions to deliver a positive client experience.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients on day-to-day issues, championing their needs within the wider Circana organization.
  • Update business performance metrics and provide accurate financial reporting.
  • Travel to client offices and Circana's Head Office as required.

Requirements

  • Experience in applying market measurement data, including shopper insights, with the ability to articulate complex technical knowledge in a simple and impactful manner.
  • Effective team player with proven ability to work remotely and onsite with clients across virtual and diverse teams.
  • Leverage mutually beneficial relationships and networks, both internally and externally, with strong project and workload management skills.
  • Ability to proactively manage client relationships and drive improvements in client satisfaction, engaging in consultative manner with clients at all levels.
  • Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commercial acumen and appreciation of contractual obligations, financial reporting, and corporate policies.

Location

This role will require travel to client offices and Circana's Head Office as needed.
