We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Band 5 Community Nurse to work in Swindon.

This role involves delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in their own homes or community settings, supporting them to maintain independence and achieve their healthcare goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in their own homes or community settings
  • Support patients to maintain independence and achieve their healthcare goals
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
  • Provide a range of nursing interventions to meet the physical and emotional needs of patients
Salary:

£25,000 - £35,000 per annum

Requirements:
  • Nationally recognized qualifications in nursing (e.g. RGN, RMN)
  • Current registration with the NMC
  • Experience working as a community nurse or in a similar setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
