We are seeking a skilled Adult Community Support Specialist to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a Social Work Qualification and be able to work as an Approved Mental Health Professional.
As an Adult Community Support Specialist, you will develop support plans in the community, assessing the least restrictive alternative for patients and ensuring their safety and well-being. You will also record all referrals, actions, interventions, and recommendations on the service user's file.
This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to represent children and vulnerable adults under the Police and Criminal Evidence Act. Training opportunities, supervision, and staff meetings will be provided to help you gain competencies for working in emergency situations.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £35,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. If you consider yourself to have a disability or require any reasonable adjustment, please highlight this at the earliest opportunity. We will provide appropriate support throughout the process and into your work placement.
