About the Role

As a Digital Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping the nature of our web and e-commerce based projects. You will work closely with our Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers, and QA analysts to ensure that our digital solutions meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define acceptance criteria for digital projects
  • Work with developers and QA analysts to ensure that digital solutions meet business needs and are delivered on time
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external client stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met
  • Contribute to the development of digital solutions that drive business growth and innovation
