Job Title: Digital Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Digital Business Analyst to join our Digital Engineering team at Storyteq. As a Digital Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping the nature of our web and e-commerce based projects.

About the Role

As a Digital Business Analyst, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams to gather requirements, create acceptance criteria, and drive the development lifecycle. You will have the opportunity to work on enterprise-grade web-based solutions, collaborating with developers, QA testers, and external client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers, and QA analysts to deliver high-quality products.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure that requirements are met and that the product meets the business needs.
  • Conduct business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution design.
  • Develop and maintain business cases, including cost-benefit analyses and return on investment (ROI) assessments.
  • Provide business insights and recommendations to stakeholders to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Digitally savvy with prior experience in web/mobile applications.
  • Experience working with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers, and QA analysts during the product delivery lifecycle.
  • Must have worked within an Agile environment before and be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
