About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Business Analyst to join our Digital Engineering team at Storyteq. As a Digital Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping the nature of our web and e-commerce based projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work across the entire development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and acceptance criteria creation through to development and UAT.
  • Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers, and QA analysts to deliver high-quality products.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business analysis, with a focus on digital and web-based projects.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and their application in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to think critically and solve complex problems, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Experience working with APIs and message structures, with a strong understanding of digital technologies.
