Overview

The Financial Conduct Authority is a forward-thinking regulator seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Policy Specialist to join its Consumer Investments Distribution Policy team.

Salary

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of £55,000-£62,500 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional individual to help shape the future of the consumer investments sector. As a Regulatory Policy Specialist, you will be responsible for developing practical policy solutions using evidence and analysis.

  • Delivering policy change and implementation, including managing complex projects and understanding good governance.
  • Identifying areas of harm and proposing solutions, ideally in a policy context.
  • Building relationships with Government, industry, and consumer groups.
  • Providing high-quality policy advice to colleagues.
