Lead Safety Initiatives with a Nationally Recognised Food Manufacturer

Are you ready to take on a leadership challenge with a company that prioritises a strong safety culture? We're seeking a Head of Health, Safety and Environmental to lead impactful initiatives across various sites.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within a leading brand in the Food & Beverage industry. You'll lead and develop a team of Safety Champions, empowering colleagues across the business.

  • Take charge of hazard analysis, risk assessments, and oversee major projects with strategic leadership.
  • Partner with the Sustainability team to boost environmental performance and create a greener future.

Enjoy a competitive package, including a salary circa £90,000, company car, company bonus scheme, and further benefits. Experience in Food Manufacturing/FMCG environments is ideal. A NEBOSH Diploma is required, and a strong understanding of health and safety legislation is essential.
