We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Health, Safety and Environmental to join our team at Irwin & Colton Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of safety champions, empowering colleagues across the business to work safely.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead hazard analysis and risk assessments, and oversee major projects with strategic leadership.
- Partner with the Sustainability team to boost environmental performance and create a greener future.
- Develop and implement innovative safety initiatives, making a real impact on safety practices and unlocking career advancement opportunities.
- Work closely with senior leadership to receive full backing and resources for your safety initiatives.
- Industry experience in Food Manufacturing/FMCG environments.
- NEBOSH Diploma required.
- Strong understanding of health and safety legislation.
- Passionate, proactive, and enthusiastic about health and safety.
