Lead Safety Initiatives in a Renowned Food Manufacturer

Irwin and Colton - HSE Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Health and Safety professional to lead impactful initiatives in a company that prioritizes a strong safety culture. As the Head of Health, Safety, Fire and Environment, you will oversee safety initiatives across various sites and make a significant impact within a leading brand in the Food & Beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of Safety Champions, empowering colleagues across the business.
  • Take charge of hazard analysis, risk assessments, and oversee major projects with strategic leadership.
  • Partner with the Sustainability team to boost environmental performance and create a greener future.
  • Receive full backing from senior leadership, with resources and investment for your safety initiatives.
  • Creative Freedom: Implement your own innovative ideas, making a real impact on safety and leaving your mark on the business.
  • Directly improve safety practices, making a tangible difference and unlocking career advancement opportunities.

Experience in Food Manufacturing/FMCG environments is ideal. Professional Qualifications: NEBOSH Diploma required; Strong understanding of health and safety legislation. Passionate, proactive, and enthusiastic about health and safety. This is a great opportunity to work for a leading Food Manufacturer/Distributor, leading a team of safety professionals and reporting directly to senior leadership.
