Housing Manager Role Overview

Home Groups Housing Manager will be the face-to-face customer support to our communities in Yorkshire. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and delivering excellent services to our customers and communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Through visibility, engagement with customers and proactivity on our estates, you will get to know our communities and improve our local neighbourhoods.
  • You will look after a number of patches and neighbourhoods, supported by our Community Housing Assistants.
  • Proactively managing anti-social behaviours in our estates, responding to customer queries and complaints.
  • Managing our voids process, including liaising with local authorities.
  • Carrying out estate inspections, engaging and meeting with contractors on site, as well as carrying out and recording routine safety and compliance checks in our buildings and communities.

What We Offer

Salary £32,000 to £38,000 depending on skills, experience and qualifications, plus great benefits including Health Cash Plan.
