As a Clinical Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of care, inspiring and supporting your team, and driving quality improvement initiatives.
Main Duties:
- Lead the development of care plans and ensure their implementation.
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff.
